This
service is for any individual not company. You can order
one piece of any products (but following we only take
garment for example) on our web or your own design. Please
rest assured that we will produce fine quality products
for you to establish our reputation. Should you be dissatisfied
with your order we would appreciate knowing the reason
in order that we may serve you better in the future. The
following is the way it is operated.
Your
order
You have three ways of
choosing the design,
a. Choose pictures on our web, tell us the style No. and
the measurements your like.
b. Give us a picture and tell us the measurements.
c. Send us the sample garment which you think that fit
you best and we do according to the sample.
(The main measurement including the items in the below
form and any others you think are important for your style).

You will receive a quotation and a wire
account No. via email within 24 hours of receipt of your
order. The order confirmation will be sent as soon as
we get your deposit, which will include the order number
and the expected shipping date. If for any reason, you
do not receive a response to your email within 24 hours
of sending it, please contact us at clearfur@clearfur.com
.
You can cancel your order any time before you pay the
deposit. Please email a cancellation notice to us. If
we haven’t received your payment of the left part after
we notice you that the garment is finished in 10 days,
we will consider that you have canceled the order and
the deposit will not be returned to you.
At the time your order is shipped, you will receive an
email with the date of shipping, the express method and
the tracking number.
All orders are generally processed within 24 hours of
receipt in order that we can fulfill a prompt delivery
commitment to you.
Payment
You should T/T at least 30% deposit as a confirmation
of the order. The left part should be paid within ten
days after you received the notice of the accomplishment
of the garment. Shipping charges should be on your account.
Return Policy
We
can make minor adjustments to a garment within short time
should you request such alteration. We will honor returns
made within 10 days of receipt of your order provided
the reason for the return. Cost of shipping should the
event occur, will be paid by the shipper.
